Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
Items that have been installed, activated, programmed, modified, or used are not eligible for return.
Products returned damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Digital or downloadable products
• Opened storage devices or software
• Installed or configured equipment
EXCHANGES / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or exchange once the issue has been verified.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
